Return & Exchange Policy 

Aligned & Abundant Beauty is pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions and unused products within fourteen (14) days of you receiving your order. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair and product extensions should not be opened, worn or tampered with to be eligible for return or exchange. Products should still have the original seal unopened or tampered with. Shipping fees are non refundable, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the safety seal on the packaging has been broken

In order for a return to be made you must contact us to be given the company’s return address. You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Aligned and Abundant Beauty will not be responsible for lost returns.

Exchange may be processed after the return of the unopened, untampered with product.
